Core Ball

The Core Ball suits for many different exercises like MindBody, Pilates, Wellness
and Fitness. Ball can be used for example to strengthen the spine musculature,
mobility of the spine joints, relaxation, abdominal training, pelvis training and
for neck massage.

The Core Ball can be inflated and deflated very quickly and easily and can
therefore easy to take along. With little air inside, you can also use it as a
support pillow for neck and back.
